I purchased these slippers based on the claims of quality and comfort. However, the product has a critical structural flaw that makes them completely unusable after just two months of wear. The part of the slipper that goes between the toes (the thong or toe post) completely broke, separated, and failed. This is an unacceptable failure rate for a pair of slippers intended for everyday use. A breakdown of the primary support mechanism after such a short time indicates poor-quality material or construction at a vital stress point. The entire slipper is now useless. Buyer beware: the core structure of this product is not built to last. Do not waste your money if you need a reliable pair of slippers.

Good quality chappal with very good looks

Few things to mention is that all the reviews correctly point out the below 1. Size is small. So I ordered 11UK instead of 10Uk (my size) 2. Cushioning is good and its comfortable to wear during long hours in standing job 3. The upper side of the slipper feels like plastic. While there is actually a cloth stuck on the bottom but it hurts slightly so cushioning can be improved on that upper part. 4. Color of the product is as per photo but the sizing should be changed.
