I love this seasoning for fish & chicken!

Really good quality dried savory leaves and great value considering the amount. Was a bigger container than I expected, but I use it often so that's fine. I use it a lot for roasted meats, especially chicken and pork. Also use it for beans a lot. Gives food a...well, savory and peppery flavor. Think the dried stuff shines in and is best for dishes where you're cooking it under moist heat, such as soups, stews and moist roasting so the herb hydrates and gets a chance to mingle with the other ingredients. This is good stuff though. Recommended

I have been recently blending tea for cold brew and felt I needed a way to add lemon. Tried several grocery store options such as lemonade, True Lemon, and fresh lemons. Nothing seemed to suit. These flakes work to properly flavor unsweetened tea to make it more flavorful. So if you are looking for something to make a slightly boring tea addictive, this is the ticket !

This bottle of mint flakes hits you with a nice minty aroma when you open it, though it goes downhill a bit after that. I'm not really sure what variety of mint this is as all the jar says is "mint". In addition to the mint leaves there are also a fair amount of stems mixed in, so you are going to want to use this in recipes where it gets to soak or cook so these stems have time to soften up, or you could pick them out or grind them.On the plus side, it does seem fresh and it's a pretty big jar with a foil freshness seal. On the minus all the stems are going to make it harder to use for things where you want a nice smooth consistency.If you're expecting strong spearmint or peppermint flavors you aren't going to get then with this more generic mint, but the flavor is still nice for the right kind of recipies.

This jar of leek flakes is huge! With how expensive fresh leeks are this is a great alternative. I’ve been using them to add flavor to dips and soups. It helps if you rehydrate them a bit.
