Does this pinky ball help plantar fasciatis?

Yes, the Super Pinky Ball is designed to help with the prevention or relief of plantar fasciitis by stretching the plantar fascia.

are these the balls used in Sue Heitzmann exercises

No. These balls are too hard for the Melt Method. Ditto for the standard rollers. The ones for that are used in the Melt Method are MUCH softer. I contacted Ms Heitzmann through her website and she directed me to someone who was conducting classes locally. I was able to purchase my roller and balls directly from her.

is this solid rubber ball? cause i need to drill a hole through and through . and what's the diameter of this ball?

Yes, it's solid, and I measure it at about 2.25 inches in diameter

How many balls are in the pack?

There was only one. It is kind of a hard ball. I was hoping it would be hard, but eventually soften up, as I was using it to roll on the bottom of my feet in the arch, but it still works ok.
