I used it a few times, and today it stopped working. It doesn't turn on anymore even when it's plugged in.

As stated previously you need to make it clearer that this device is not suitable for darker skin. Useless and pricey

I only used twice, and the cooling function already broke, 10/9 collected, 11/17 it shut down itself with no reason, not recommend it at all. Poor quality

This has started to show results after my wife has been using it for the last 4 weeks, twice a week. It is a wired hair remover and comes with a decent amount of wire but she has found she needs to be sat down to do under her arms. As soon as she switched the machine on the fan started up, the display shows how many pulses there are left, and as she uses it every pulse is deducted from the number. The laser is very bright so sunglasses must be worn when it's being used, it's painless as the fan cools it as you go along, she said she didn't feel anything as she was using it. It comes with 2 extra nozzles to change the shape of the beam coming out, these are for more delicate areas. The box also included a cheap disposable razor, sunglasses and the instruction leaflet. At £59.99 at the time of writing this review, this is nowhere in the league of the really expensive ones, but my wife has found it is working for her and thinks it's a good buy.
