I am taking some Muscle relaxer for an injury and I red this is good for your stomach and acid reflux , I am on my second day I can’t really tell now it’s too soon but damn it’s so yummy ! It’s almost like psyllium it thickens . I did 1 table spoon in 8oz and it was too much , I reduced to two tsp and it’s perfect for me . I wanted to purchase the product on Iherb website because it was 29.99 way cheaper but they were out , this is an excellent quality !

The bag it comes in was good. The product smelled fine, the color was good. No weird taste. I have a hiatal hernia, hoped it would help with heart burn and/or soothe the esophagus. It did not.

I drank this for three weeks with hot water, cold water, in a smoothie. Every morning and every night. I no longer feel like my stomach is inflamed, my Gerd is almost gone. I still watch my diet and eat small meals to make sure everything stays on the healing and healthy side. I don’t want to push it too soon. Thank you for this organic product.

micro ingredients company website has no additional information using their product. reviews on their website say this product comes with a scoop. mine did not. additionally trying to figure out how much 700mg is is time consuming. 700 mg is .14 tsp. soooo try to figure out how much .14 tsp is now. good luck. the amounts posted here are way too much. and i can see that the manufacturer doesn't monitor or communicate the correct information to their customers either. it seemed like it would be great. it's organic too. but i am very disappointed that i have to jump through hoops to get basic information to use a product like this. this type of stuff gives me red flags about a company. additionally i have read comments on amazon where it hurts peoples stomach, well perhaps it's because they can't get the measurement right and take too much. also there are 648 servings. at 700mg it means we take a very small amount but what is this amount......? nobody knows in English.1/8 of a tsp is 0.125 tsp and 700mg is 0.14 tsp. so the measurement is a tiny bit over an 1/8 of a tsp. which is about the size you will find when you take capsules.so my next question is...... if we only need 2 capsules from a regular product that dispenses in capsules then why are we consuming such larger quantities. wouldn't the capsules work?

I'm giving this five stars because it really is helping me. Sorry for TMI but I have been experiencing really intense, burning diarrhea every day. I started the slippery elm bark, and the next day the diarrhea was less. The day after that, it was even less. And so on. Slowly but surely I am getting back to "normal." It is remarkable. I know all bodies are different, but this is making me feel so much better.
