I only use my webcam once a week and I like to move the camera to eye level so it feels like I'm talking with the person. I wanted a camera I could easily swing in for that meeting then swing out of my way for the rest of the week. My off-label webcam fit perfectly on top and it has been one of the easiest things I've ever had to set up for my desk. I never feel like it will tip over - that base is solid and wide. Great product!

I have been streaming for a little while and I wanted to step it up a bit, so I picked up a nice camera but I specifically want to have it aimed at my keyboard and mouse while I'm playing, mostly so I don't have to show my face all the time. I was very surprised that the only option was really setting the camera on top of my monitor, or getting a tripod or something. I struggled for weeks trying to figure out how I was going to make it work, and then almost like it's meant to be, I was searching for boom arms for my new mic I got, and in that process I came across this! Seriously, what a lifesaver!! I cannot even begin to tell you how much thought and effort I have put into this, only to have this come along and save the day lol. I took a picture to show what I'm talking about, and I am using the Elgato Facecam Mk 2. I seriously could not be any happier!!

I have been using this stand for a little while now and I have totally taken it for granted. I forgot what a pain it used to be to try and setup the camera into a perfect position (on my desk, monitor, balancing on books, etc...). What a useful device for anyone that is frequently on video chats and needs the ability to quickly set things up.

A large steady base and moveable arms make this tabletop webcam stand a helpful device for users. It worked fine for me. I thought that I might put it in front of my monitor so that I could look at other speakers in a web conference call and make it appear that I am looking at the audience. Unfortunately, the arms block the screen. That doesn't mean it's not a useful tool. It's great to be able to quickly move my webcam position quickly during a call. It's sturdy, yet kind of bulky.

This stand is rather inexpensive and it shows in the general construction of the stand. Stamped metal parts and plastic finger tightened boom clamps add to the feeling of cheapness. The ball mount is particularly cheaply made. The stand is barely acceptable as it is and it won't take much use before something on the stand may fail. I don't recommend this stand.
