I purchased the ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro WiFi in September 2025, and it has been a game-changer for our home. The installation was easy, and the fingerprint ID and auto-unlock features work flawlessly. My child is especially happy that he no longer needs to carry a house key or take off his gloves to unlock the door in -15°C weather! Unfortunately, during a home renovation, our contractors accidentally broke the door sensor. Since I am located in Canada, I was worried about finding a replacement part, but U-tec’s customer service was incredible. I spoke with a very friendly representative who understood the problem immediately. Even though I am outside the US, they went above and beyond to ship the replacement sensor to me. Everything arrived perfectly, the part fit exactly, and our lock is back to working 100%. It’s rare to find a company that supports its customers this well after the sale. Highly recommended both for the quality of the lock and the professional service!

¡Está increíble y muy segura! La configuración electrónica es muy sencilla en comparación con otras cerraduras de combinación que he comprado. Para la instalación tuve un poco de problemas porque el hoyo del pestillo era un poco más pequeño en donde tenía instalada otra cerradura de combinación vieja que ya quería cambiar. Lo que hice fue solo dejar el pestillo de la cerradura vieja y funciona perfecto. Saludos

I really wanted to like this lock! Delivery was on time as I had international shipping, lock looked good and materials used were impressive. Here are my problems 1) Initially I was trying to register to the app, couldn't receive the mobile phone verification OTP - contacted customer support and they helped me sort it out 2) Installed the lock, couldn't get it to setup on the app - tried all the trouble shooting 3) Master reset button wasn't working on the lock - this was a major step to allow me to connect the app to my lock 4) After spending sometime calling internationally the customer support in the US. They tried to give me different solutions to sort it out, but unfortunately nothing worked. They advised me that they could send me replacement to a US address, but since I live abroad, that was not possible. At the end, their suggestion was to return the lock on Amazon as it was defective. I ordered another lock and will install it before returning this one, seems that the company has great customer support (based on my experience and different reviews I read) but the product testing is lacking as I read several reviews of people receiving defective products.

I ordered the Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro WIFI lock and it is easy enough to install, set up and it works well for my needs. However, after several months of use, I couldn't lock/unlock using the app. I contacted customer service. After trouble shooting the issue, they determined the unit needed to be replaced and was done so under warranty. My issue was resolved and communication was excellent through the process. The lock itself I give 4 stars, Customer Service 5 Stars!
