So far this chair is feeling good. I'm quite small, 5 ft 2 and the padding on the back feels like it supports my back nicely. The seat is good but quite firm, I've added an extra seat pad for comfort but I think it's probably better than it's not too squishy as could lose shape easily over time. I really like the liftable arms which make it fit under my desk nicely and are the right height when I'm working with them done. Was fairly easy to assemble, only took half an hour. So it's looking good right now!

Very comfortable and sturdy chair. The base is heavy and wide enough for it to be stable. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions. All parts came carefully packaged. Actually smart design from the chair itself to how it was packaged. Fast delivery with prime.

Easy to assemble (though some parts are heavy). It looks great (blue fabric option). The chair generally pretty comfortable though I think it could do with a tad more padding in the bottom part which is the only reason I've not given it 5 stars. Wheels work great, as does the tilt mechanism. The retractable arm rests are extremely useful. Looks and feels like a quality piece of furniture.

The package arrived promptly and in tact. After unpacking all the contents I was able to put the chair together in around half an hour. Mostly due to my mobility issues, the time would have been quicker. Easy instructions and no extra tools needed. My only issue was with the casters. I didn't have the strength to push them into place. Very pleased with my purchase. Size is good and the firmness is good too. Its a sturdy chair and will suit my needs perfectly. The back support is just right. It looks good 8n my space and I feel is great value for money.....Neither I nor my husband could get the casters on. So have bought furniture cups instead.

2 weeks in and the chair has lost all its cushioningl supportive integrity.I'm not exactly heavy or big.Waste of money and time

Bought this after looking at lots of reviews and other chairs available, Most were more expensive than this one and yes nearly all made in China. Only had this a few weeks now but on receiving the chair in its box well packed and protected, Instructions are clear and the screws caps and Allen key on a captured piece of cardboard. As an engineer I looked at the base wheel assemble and it is welded all round and a complete "tube" for the wheel arms to slide into with plastic buffers unlike some which are "open " at the bottom and screwed on top, These are screwed securely on the sides in four places so should last a good time. I did not use the supplied wheels as I bought "Pads" separately because my chair is on carpet.All in all a very comfy chair.Note: I bought the " Fabric " version too so for me very nicely made

The only reason this hasn't got 5 stars is simple. I have only had this for two days and its not possible to say how good it will be long term in terms of quality and comfort. However the signs are good. Putting this together was easy and I was impressed with the quality of the parts as they went together. Attaching the chair back and arms was a little difficult and I did need someone to hold the back while I screwed things in place. However apart from that it was all straightforward. The storage of parts in the chair back was well explained in both the instruction manual and on the carton itself. Only a fool would miss that. It was all very well packed. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow; they were both text and pictures which was helpful. You can download a video on how to put it together but I don't think that is necessary and I am not a particularly DIY sort of person. The chair is firm (which I like) but comfortable. I would imagine it will become less firm with use. All in all a good purchase and this company is recommended.
