We purchased these to remove lose flaking and paint from an outside wall around 10m h x 1.4m w. One disc was sufficient to virtually clean the old materials off the bricks to the bare smooth face. Good product but use caution if doing anything remotely delicate

These stripping disks are excellent, the take paint off really quickly without damaging the surface.I have also been using them for cleaning up water marked oak beams, they perform well and don't leave score marks.They last well, which is good as they are quite expensive.
