Happy got it today , love the color and nothing wrong with it , lol i am happy i did clean it before trying it because i had seen a post saying to clean the inside before trying it and saw there was stuff on q-tip after i cleaned it , i am hoping it does help for me for not vapeing , it is a bit noisy if u dont cover one hole but does work better with the one hole covered , all in all i do really like it alot and am happy with it .

Chain broke after 1 day. The description said it made a tone on the exhale but no. No tone. Don’t bother with this one it stinks.

It's nicely made, but I was hoping it was gonna provide a little more resistance that makes you take a deeper breath. It's literally like a tube, so it's like taking a breath through a straw. It looks nice and the necklace makes it easy to access. Cheap and I can imagine it would work ok with someone who fidgets often, maybe a student. But it wasn't what I expected and didn't help with the purpose I needed it for.

There's a reason they say to exhale through this. The inside was covered in a black gunk. Due to manufacturing, I'm sure. So as a breathing regulation tool for mindful breathing, sure. But if you're using this to help quit vaping or smoking, not so much. The whole point is to have something to inhale on, and I wouldn't use this. I did clean mine the best I could, but don't use it for the inhale.

So far so good. It’s a great tool for me to stop nail biting and the sensation of something to chew on when stress is not as bad as it was before. I obviously don’t chew it but to channel my stress to something else to relax has been helpful.
