It’s a no for me. :(
I really wanted to like this product, but it wasn’t what I expected. Before using it, I washed it thoroughly because several reviews recommended cleaning it first. It worked okay, but it left a very strong metallic taste in my mouth that I found unpleasant. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any real benefits from using it, and the lingering metal taste was enough that I probably won’t use it again. It was worth trying, but it just wasn’t the right product for me.

Helpful for stress and quitting smoking
Helps with my anxiety and quitting smoking. Don’t like the chain it came with because it irritates my neck. Adjustable chain but clasp is hard to use. Great price. Nice long chain.

No what I needed
It's nicely made, but I was hoping it was gonna provide a little more resistance that makes you take a deeper breath. It's literally like a tube, so it's like taking a breath through a straw. It looks nice and the necklace makes it easy to access. Cheap and I can imagine it would work ok with someone who fidgets often, maybe a student. But it wasn't what I expected and didn't help with the purpose I needed it for.

Not what I expected, makes an annoying whistle sound with exhale.
These are not an easy to use as I’d hoped for. When I exhale they make a whistle sound which is not a pleasant sound when you’re working to self regulate. I’ll probably give them as gifts to people that don’t have an aversion to the whistle sound like I do. Appearance wise I think they look nice and minimalistic considering they’re hanging from your neck. I got the silver and black and I do like the colors very much.

Great reminder to use Breathwork for Anxiety
I was skeptical, but am so glad I tried this. For anxiety, or using it to help cease smoking like my friend, it works great. Helped re-focus my mind & calms my breath & blood pressure/ pulse!
