Lightweight and easy to set up. This dog ramp folds up nice and small to fit behind my driver seat. It's sturdy, and wide enough for my 45 lb Border Collie. I walked him over it a few times flat on the ground, prior to asking him to walk up it into his crate at the back of my suv. He's getting older and I no longer wanted him jumping in and out. The surface offers good traction whether wet or dry. I stressed over which ramp to buy, and I'm happy I chose this one. I got the 63", but when I need less of a slope, I'll get the 71". You don't have to put anything together, it comes fully assembled. Folds and unfolds very easily!

This ramp is so great. One of our dogs has arthritis that has gotten pretty bad in the last few months. There are about 6 stairs going in/out of our house, and he was struggling with them. He kept falling, so we decided to try putting a ramp there for him. This is perfect. It is narrow enough we can leave it up along one side of the stairs and still easily come and go past it, but it's also light enough that we can easily move it out of the way if needed. The gray rubbery, cushion grip down the middle of the ramp is fantastic. It doesn't get slippery when it is wet, which is important since we are using it for coming in from walks and potty breaks and we get a lot of rain and snow. It also reduces the impact on his joints over a hard plastic one. We have a plastic one that we bought a couple of years ago for our vehicle, and this one is SO much better. Our other one has a sandpaper type of grip on it, which provides very little traction, but it is very easy to snag on clothes, scratch the vehicle, or tear open a knuckle when you bump into it. This one is also WAY lighter than our plastic one and easier to move around because it folds smaller. The rubber grips on the feet are nice too so it won't scratch up the bumper paint, and the bottom doesn't slide around on the ground as much. This thing is very sturdy, our super nervous doggo feels comfortable using it. Our only two suggestions for improvement would be making the security strap longer so that it could be adjusted to secure on something more than 2 inches away, and adding some kind of grip to the metal strips along the side (or making the grip panel wider so it goes closer to the edges.) When our dog's arthritis is really bad he kind of walks with his feet wider, and sometimes he will hit the metal strip and slip. We had some black rubber grip tape here already, so my husband cut it into strips and put it over the metal which worked great for us, but if it came like that already it would have been even better. Overall, highly recommend. We will likely purchase another one at some point to keep one in the car and one in the house and get rid of the huge clunky plastic one we have.

Positives: Solid, doesn’t wobble; good grippy rubberized walkway; 80-pound dog seems to feel safe on it.Negatives: It’s super heavy and bulky. Unfolding it is really tricky — I can easily imagine crushing a finger trying to get it open, or dropping it on your foot trying to fold it closed.I’m tempted to return for the above reasons but haven’t yet. I’m trying to get used to it because it seems to work OK for my dog, but these are real drawbacks.

Bought for my parents aging pup. She was having a difficult time getting into the truck. The liked the rubber texture on the ramp, so she wouldn't slide. Also nice that it folds up small so you can take it anywhere.

The ramp is easy to use, easy to store, and so helpful for my pup to use to get in and out of the car. It's hard to get him to use something new but this ramp has been fantastic!

This dog ramp is nice but it has two things against it. One is it's heavy which is ok but not for hauling in and out of the vehicle. Second, it will start folding up as soon as you take it away from the vehicle. If your hands are at or close to the hinge it will pinch your fingers. A detent or snap to prevent random folding would be an improvement. Had to return it.

We bought this ramp for our small older dog that is having joint problem. This ramp works great for her, it’s just hard for her to get used to it. But it helps so much.

Solid product that allows my 10 and 2 year old labs to safely get in and out of my Suburban. Does not move at all when they are going up or down the ramp. Love that it folds to a square with an easy handle. My kids all commented on the dog design on the top square. :)Only negative: it has a strong chemical smell.
