This is the nicest collagen drink. It comes in a powder form and you just mix with water. It has a lovely fresh taste and I really look forward to drinking it. I've been using it for years. My skin is more plumped and hydrated, I also have less joint pain, my hair is thicker and nails are stronger. Love this product and wouldn't be without it.
