The pictures and description clearly stated that the Shiatsu neck pillow was removable, but in reality, it was fixed and could not be detached as promised.I bought this item as a birthday gift for my husband, and you completely ruined the surprise and the effect it was supposed to have. Instead of a joyful moment, we were left frustrated and disappointed.
