Phone unlockability:The phone was unlocked and easy to transfer data without problems Phone quality:Very good quality Sound quality:Sound is very good when listening to music or during a conversation. Features:Plenty of features and the camera takes clear pictures even with the zoom. Phone heat:I have had no problem with the phone overheating at all

I've been using this phone, my 4th Galaxy Note style, for about a month. The unit arrived in flawless condition, no scratches, great performance, amazing battery life, and it works perfectly. I could not be more satisfied with this purchase. Great seller!

amazing... i was worried it would be an older model or some scammy thing i saw alot of people say their pens dont work or their phone is locked. there was 0 scratches 0 damage to the phone at all. it lasts me all day on one charge and for the price its amazing. the snap dragon 8 gen 3 is fast and snappy with the 2k resolution is looks crisp. some people said it only comes with 8gb but their wrong and clearly dont know the difference between phone ram and virtual ram that you can add from the storage. i got the excellent condition and it didnt dissapoint. camera is beautiful but if i put pics here it will just compress them and make it look bad. anyways phone came in an unmarked box with a slow charger sadly. but other than that everything else is perfect and been amazing.

I am not going to review the phone because it is a flagship from a year ago but I will review the quality of the refurbished unit. It's surprisingly nice but I had to know down a point because the camera ring has a pretty big nick on it. Cosmetic so not a big deal but just something to consider if you care about that sort of thing. Cameras worked fine. battery life I am still getting a feel for but I was able to get about 5 hours more or less (with screen settings maxed out).I recommend getting this device refurbished instead of off a site like Swappa. It is definitely more professional and in a shape I would consider passable even as a gift

Works flawless basically new came with sim card tool and USB to type c fast charger. Absolutely love it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely love this phone! Ton of space! Amazing camera! Fast with great 5g and WiFi. Honestly best Samsung phone I've ever owned. Only thing is wish it had a Sim Card port. But that's a very minor complaint.

Everything good you've heard about the S24 Ultra is true. Wonderful machine. And a refurbished item that I couldn't find a scratch on - also perfect. Saved about 33%. Recommended.

I peeled it off to check—actual screen underneath was flawless.Battery: Strong so far, lasts easily through the day.Unlocked: Recognized my T-Mobile eSIM instantly.The Not-So-Good:Came with AT&T bloatware out the box.After adding my T-Mobile eSIM, the boot logo switched to T-Mobile, which was unexpected.Can't remove the boot animation or carrier stuff without rooting or using a PC.Despite the minor carrier branding, the phone functions perfectly. If you don’t mind a little bloatware and a boot logo you can’t change, this is still an excellent buy.
