I love this gym. I have dry mouth because of meds and it helps so much. It tastes great too!! My favorite gum!

It has a long lasting flavor. It is great for chewing on when working outside in 90° to 100°+ hot, hot weather with high humidity. Drink water while chewing the gum. Still need lots of hydration.

Purchased these after reading a review. They work great, the flavor is good too.

I really love this gum. It does give me a little boost of energy in the gym. This is the electrolyte gum so no caffeine which is nice considering my pre-workout has enough caffeine. The value for the the price is a little steep so I dont use this product too much besides in the gym. I would say the product functions as advertised and I guess it durable for chewing gum.

Great taste and really helps when you are active in hot conditions.

Could be my imagination, but I feel like it helps me sleep better. Taste is very strong and texture very soft. You can blow small bubbles with it too! Lol

I received this REV Electrolyte Gum, Watermelon Lime, Sugar-Free with Essential Electrolytes,12 Count. WHY I ORDERED THIS: - I tend to get dehydrated very easily and I usually rely on gatorade to help with that. - I also chew a regular sugarless gum while working at my desk about every day. - So, when I saw this REV Electrolyte Gum, I though this would be perfect for me. THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS: - OK, it is quite tasty if you are a watermelon lover like me. The splash of lime flavor is nice too. - Each stick is a pretty good wad of gum, and the flavor lasts for quite a bit. - I did decide that I only want about half a stick per chew though, because I'm used to the smaller coated squares of gum. So it will last me longer this way too! THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS: - After some thought, and reading the nutritional info, this gum really does not have enough Potassium and Magnesium to be of much help for me. CONCLUSION: - For me, this is more of a fun and tasty novelty item! - There are not enough electrolytes in a stick of this REV Electrolyte Gum to meet my needs.
