I ordered these and the first items would not let me register my thumb print biometric however the screen protector was very simple to fit. After contact customer support about the issue they very quickly sent a new set which arrive very quickly. Easy installation, good quality and all biometrics now working

Had these previously and worked great. This time the glass was thicker and the fingerprint scanner wouldn't work despite resetting etc. Contacted the seller and they sent a new pack which works perfectly.

Followed the instructions, finger print scanner now redundant, doesn't even pick up my thumb to register it once let alone twice, managed to get to 40% once and 30% another 60 times. Given up with it, even "pressing very hard" as it suggests. Yes I turned on my fingerprint sensitivity like it said, which I also didnt have to do with my old protector, sub quality item

Good quality and easy to fit. Price was OK. It's bubble free and gas stuck very well

I have been using this protector for 1 month now. It's very good for the price. Finger scanner works as good as without the protector. This is my first screen protector for samsung s24 ultra so can't compare with the others but for the price I think it's worth it. Two things I don't like 1 is the camera cut out. 2nd it covers the screen but not the bazel or the black edges. No sure if other more expensive ones cover edge to edge or leave some room on side to accommodate the case.the last one it's very reflective maybe it's normal

The instructions included are easy to follow, and installation took less than 5 minutes. I did have an issue where the fingerprint reader was no longer working, but after contacting customer support they have sent a new set to me, and after replacing the screen protector the fingerprint scanner is now working fine.

They are great in a sense that they are cheap and conveniant , however ive gone through 3 / 4 packs of these as the slightest things crack the screen, yes they serve the purpouse but... they shouldnt be cracking so easily, its not like im dropping myphone or anything... theyre just so thin, easy to crack
