Superb for the money, very impressed
I've been building PCs for about 30 years and have done lots in that time. This is without doubt the easiest Mini ITX case I've used. Cable management is excellent, there's plenty of room to manoeuvre, and airflow is very good. I didn't use the supplied fans, but replaced them with Noctua 200mm and 2x 80mm PWM fans. I have also ordered some magnetic dust filters as this case has lots of openings and as well as keeping dust at bay, it should help slightly with noise. The paint job is pretty good, there's not much in the way of sharp edges, either. The case can easily fit a full size ATX PSU, but this will eat into your cable management space in the bottom of the case. I built this as a home NAS and have managed to squeeze in 4x 3.5" drives, 2 in the supplied brackets, one in the floor panel and one to the left of the motherboard, the latter two had to have custom mountings made, but it's turned out well. With regard to cooling, I fitted a Noctua NH-C14S with the fan on top, there's just about room for this and I will probably end up changing the window panel to the left side and the perforated panel on top for the fan to draw cool air in. Overall, very impressed and really wasn't expecting to be.

Smaller, Sturdy, superb value for money
Love this case, have used it on four separate builds now from low end media machines to video editing powerhouses. Plenty of space for drive, will fit two smaller SSDs together with two regular HDDs, and GPU wise I've fit 1080ti's and 2080s in these cases so they do accommodate those if required, although you'll definitely here them due to the massive amount of vents on the case. Overall I really can't recommend these little V1s enough, superb value for money.

Good case, good value, but won't fit 4 drives
So this is a very good case for the money - very good value. It's nice, bright, will laid out, and very easy to build, providing you lots of room for arranging your board and components, as well as lots of room for the power supply. The layout is also very roomy, so your components will run nice and cool - loads of room for heat dissipation, and very well ventilated. So why the 4 star instead of a 5 star rating? Simply because it does not fit 4 disks as advertised. I have managed to fit in 2x2.5 drives and 2x3.5 drives, but the 2.5 drives can only be secured on one side (no brackets or screw holes for the other side). The layout of the disk mounts also means you can't screw the small disks in properly from the back side of the mount, effectively only allowing you to use the front of the mount, therefore only securing 2 drives properly. You can work around this, but you have to do it yourself, by getting a bracket that fits. And that is a tight fit. Apart from this, it's a very good case for a micro server or a compact gaming PC. Also comes with all the screws you'll need to install components.

No compromise on quality or space
Such a fantastic little case, great for builds where space is important, and you can still have a full sized PSU and a decent GPU.

Nice compact cube case
I used this case to build a FreeNAS server. As I was only using two NAS drives I did not find the case limiting but if more drives were needed it may not prove ideal. However, for a general small build machine I cannot fault it. Runs very cool and plenty of room for full size PSU and cables...more room if modular PSU used. The large front fan runs practically silent and I found no problems installing everything I needed, keeping cable management tidy. Great that all the panels are interchangeable so you can have the window side wherever you want it.

Excellent case to build in
Really good value case, I was really impressed. It includes a 200mm fan at the front and there's plenty of room for building.

Good but very tight if you've got an oversized PSU
Good solid case, but to tell you the truth, I accidentally got this But since this snugly fitted in to where I wanted it, I thought I'd keep it. Beware, try purchasing a modular PSU rather than one that isn't with this case

ça me suffira amplement. Que du bonheur !

This Thermaltake Core V1 Mini ITX case is terrific! I was looking for a small form factor case to build an inexpensive gaming PC for my son as a Christmas present. (We got him an expensive Alienware a year ago, but even an inexpensive desktop can outperform a gaming laptop any day of the week.) The case was inCREDIBLY easy to work with. There's an ample chamber for the PSU, separate from the main area where you put the motherboard and other components. Unlike more expensive builds I've made using modular PSU's, i used an inexpensive (but good) PSU that required tucking the extra wires away for neatness. This was no problem with the sheer amount of extra room in the lower chamber. The twin 3.5" drive brackets were easy to remove and served as a pretty convenient guide (along with strategic holes) to tie down some of the LED and fan wires. There were plenty of screws provided to attach all of the components I placed in the system. The beauty of the system, aside from the massive amounts of room remarkable for such a small case, is that each of the three removable side panels can be placed in any position. This allows you to place the large glass viewing window on any side you wish. For people who like to make fancy rigs with internal LEDs, that's a bonus. The system is also amazing at cooling. Great airflow and a massive, virtually silent fan complete the package. Seriously, if you're looking for a small-form-factor case this makes an outstanding alternative to the Bitfenix which tends to lead this category but which, I found, fluctuates wildly in price. This, by far, is the easiest system build I've done to date. MY CONFIG: • Intel Core i5-4690 3.9Ghz ($220) • Gigabyte Intel H81 Motherboard GA-H81N ($75) • SanDisk Ultra II 240GB SATA III ($109) • EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti Superclock ($139) • Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM ($77) • Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX500) ($55) • AmazonBasics Wired Keyboard ($10) • OS: Windows 7, but had a prior unused copy ($0) Total Cost: About $675. My son mostly plays games like World of Warcraft (still!) and this gets 60+FPS on Ultra settings. (That GTX 750ti, powered only by the PCI socket, is a wonder to behold!)
