It's OK but lacks thorough instruction
I've been using this book a bit now and it suffers from the normal problem of fantasy art books of being full of a lot of tips but there's no overall structure to give a comprehensive guide to drawing the figures and beasts.Some of the information is very useful but, particularly considering it isn't the cheapest purchase, I was hoping for more. For instance, there is a good guide to drawing the basic structure of the face but no real consideration about how to draw ears or eyes.I will use it to help with my learning but am once more on the search for something to really teach me drawing skills.
