This is a great Amazon deal, as cat food is getting ever more expensive and I have subscribed for the discount. My cat loves this stuff even more than the super-expensive reveal. It smells like...well, cat food, and like fish, and he gobbles it up. He is one of those cats that hates to drink water, so he craves wet food. It has chunks of seafood in it in a very creamy broth. My cat is very big, and he goes through a lot of food, so having a big case of this at hand saves me many trips to the grocery. Each pod of food is about one serving, but my monster can eat two at a time. He's a big healthy cat and seems to thrive on this stuff. But a big plus is the Amazon subscription and having it delivered.

Okay first off my little angel is getting older and her teeth are not as strong, we recently had a dental surgery performed to remove two of her back teeth. The food itself has chunky bits in a variety of flavors with gelatin or gravy juice inside. The top seal of each cup pulls off quickly and easily. Three different flavors or 8 individual cups of each flavors with each cup measuring roughly 3 inches on the top although the bottom of the cup is slightly shorter in size. The package was well sealed and protected with relative ease for opening the box. The box itself has pleasing colors and Meow Mix is an affordable brand which I would recommend as a low cost pet food option. My kitties are spoiled, but money has been tight lately so we were buying the more "affordable" canned cat foods as of late to try and cut corners on the grocery bills. I was saving a few cents per can, which were bigger than the Meow Mix cups, but the caveat is that the kitties weren't enjoying the food! So even though the portions were bigger, they'd take a few bites and then half of it would dry out in the bowl. A few hours later, the kitties would be meowing like they were hungry agaiin, so I'd eventually open another one! Not only was it wasteful and not saving me money in the long run, I just felt bad knowing that they weren't enjoying the food. I like to be brand loyal and have consistency with my expenses, so I started searching around for a once-and-for-all choice that would work best, and it really didn't take long for me to land on the meow mix cups. It's a tried and true brand of cat food that, wet or dry, never disappoints the fur babies and is still easy on my budget. Everyone is happy!

This cat food is an emotional journey. The flavors and easy-open cans are initially pleasing, but the portions might leave a cat wanting more. Some cans have meaty chunks, so are more soupy depending on what flavor it is. The human feeding the cat can expect either a happy meow or a judgmental stare.

The catfood is great. My cats love it. The problem is in the packing at the Amazon warehouse. Internal boxes are often damaged allowing individual portions to spill out in to main box & get damaged. It was the accompanying product to this one that caused the issue. I have had to discard cans because they were very badly damaged.

Like, seriously, it’s cat food! I like these because they are smaller than a can. My cat can’t finish a can and doesn’t like eating old food from a can that was previously opened. Yes, my cat is picky! So this is a nice solution. The serving size is perfect for him and he likes the flavors.

My cat is picky with wet food. I'm trying this as an alternative. So far she likes it. She really likes the gravy part of wet food more than the meat part and this food delivers that. My reason for not giving it a five star is the servings are a little to big. This means breaking up a serving size and having to refrigerate the remaining part. She doesn't like cold food. My cat won't eat this food. She licks the gravy and snubs the rest.
