The tool seems well made, and it certainly pushes remaining filament out of the nozzle, however this only deals with one of the possible causes of a clog (dust or burnt filament in the nozzle). In my case none of the clogs I had to deal with were solved by this tool. In each case I have still had to disassemble the hot end to properly deal with the clog. Now that I have the tool I will use it, but I would probably not buy it again.
