My husband and I have been using them for the past 3 months and since it’s a Bryan Johnson brand and backed up with enough science, didn’t hesitate to buy. For years my father has been having raw garlic on empty stomach to keep cholesterol levels healthy and it has worked so thought why don’t I try this as this doesn’t have any smelly after taste

The Blueprint series supplements are all made with high quality ingredients and worth every penny. This one is no exception. There is no Garlic taste as advertised. Was expecting garlic breathe but no.

My hands smell like garlic bread made right. Honestly, I don’t care what I smell like as long as I’m healthy and, anyway, who doesn’t like garlic bread.

It also claims to follow clinical studies, but unfortunately does not list which studies. The dosages do seem to line up with most of the studies I found when doing some general research on the active ingredients. Only reason this gets knocked down a star is due to lack of ingredient sourcing information, and not providing links to the studies of which they claim to be basing the supplement on. One thing to note about Red Yeast Rice Extract is (from my understanding/research) it can have a signficiant impact on your cholesterol, and is actually considered a natural form of a statin, which are a class of drugs for treating high cholesterol. So really make sure you do your research before taking something like this, and talk to your dr!

Blueprint Bryan Johnson Red Yeast Rice and Odor Free Garlic Supplement. If you watch his videos it is very interesting how much he has put into getting products that help with the aging process and keeping us still healthy. I don't know much how he does it, but this item is good so far.
