Great machine
It's quiet ( not silent but then you wouldn't expect it to be). It's easy to use (even my husband has managed it). It's easy to clean ( even for a teenager!). Makes great smoothies of both vegetable and ice cream versions (prefer the icecream ones). Not tried the soup function yet but can see that happening soon. If it keeps going I would definitely recommend it but only had a couple of months so could not say about long term reliability.
