Delicious add-in for smoothies and teas
When we think of fruit add-ins for smoothies and teas, we don't immediately think of a tartier fruit like pomegranate, but we really should. It's just like adding in raspberry or cranberry, and it works just as well. This pomegranate syrup by Kashan has a strong tart flavor to it that is unmistakably pomegranate and we found ourselves enjoying it as a quick mix-in for our daily green teas in the morning as well as our decaffeinated black teas at night (which normally just involve a small dollop of honey to give it some sweetness, but this syrup added some nice fruity zest on top of it.The entire household enjoyed it and we might very well pick up some more.

Bad taste and brown color
I expected the pink color I usually get from pomegranate syrup. I mixed this with vodka to make a martini. My drink was a brown color. I don't like the taste either.

Light Sweet Syrup
We used it in sparkling water to make a Pomegranate soda. It was pretty good. Mixes well and enjoyable. I don’t think I would use it in coffee, but I can defiantly see me using it with black tea to make a fruity teat.

Rich natural flavor. Moderate sweetness. Great just mixed with water.
This pomegranate syrup stood out to me as it is listed as 100% natural and the flavor really shows with a full bodied natural pomegranate taste. It comes in a glass bottle with a metal cap. I had trouble getting the cap off at first but after running some hot water on it, it twisted off. The syrup is not very thick, moving more like a dark juice. The directions indicate to mix it with one part water to one part syrup as one of the ways to use it and that makes a wonderfully tasting kind of natural juice that isn't too sweet.

Nice but a bit leaky
I use lemon or lime juice to flavor water, with a touch of sugar - as this already is sweetened, it seemed a great item to try.The bottle arrived with a bit of stickiness on the outside, worse when I broke off the plastic seal around the lid. Does that mean it's compromised? I'm not sure, but I tried it anyway.I added a splash to a shaker cup of cool tap water (I'm classy like that) and shook it for all I was worth before sipping, and the flavor encouraged me to chug a bit more than normal. It's nice - I can see adding it to other items for flavor, but water will most likely be my main goal. I appreciate that there is no faux sugar flavor, which makes it much more refreshing. The bottle is tall, slim, and elegant, begging to be reused if I can remove the label. The nutrition information seems questionable - the ingredients are pomengranate juice, sugar, citric acid, and water, which someone turned into 22g of protein? Doubtful. This makes me disbelieve the entire nutrition and ingredient panel.

I don't want GRAPE SYRUP! I order Saffron.
The syrupe it's good, but it always get delayed and this time they just send me a different one some kind of GRAPE SYRUP. I don't need that.

Sweet and Subtle Flavor
I really enjoy the light, sweet taste of this barberry syrup. I use it mostly in milkshakes and smoothies, and it adds a subtle berry flavor that I really like. It’s not too strong or overly sweet, which is perfect for my taste.

Grape syrup with no grapes?
The Kashan Grape Syrup is an interesting syrup that has a very sweet flavor. However, the label doesn't state there are any grapes on the ingredients. Maybe the label meant "other ingredients " but that's very important information. The syrup itself is thick and sticky. It leaked a but onto the cap and it was hard to remove. The bottle is a decent size and there's a good amount of syrup. But I taste more mint than grape in this one. It's an ok syrup, as long as you aren't expecting an overall grape flavor. I would highly suggest they revise their labeling to avoid confusion. Overall, it's a sticky mint syrup.
