SKB2SKB-R4916W ROTO Space Saver CASE, Multi

I have been looking for a heavy duty golf carrier for my wife for ages. I've had one (another manufacturer) for decade's. No issues. The wife had soft sided cases. Always issues..damaged clubs and ripped up cases. This carrier is built like a tank. Thick plastic with very nice roller blade wheels. I'm looking forward to worry free traveling with golf clubs.

Received case with broken or missing buckle.on July 30 over a month from Golfdirectnow and no solution or replacement - any solution to this poor design of case buckle? Is a replacement part available for purchase??

I actually have several of these for photographic light stands and tripods. I use these instead of any other case for my lighting equipment.Edit: I love these cases and use them constantly. However, they do have two significant design problems. One is that the buckles will break. I have replaced mine on the straps with DIY clasps of D-rings and carabiners, which works for me. The second issue is that the location of the handle does make them hard to wrangle when the load is above 50 pounds.That said, for my use as a working container for photographic light stands and tripods I won't trade them for anything else available.

It’s a great case. Very sturdy protects my clubs very well. Only wish the top handle was a true handle rather that a lip.

Well made. I purchased this to fly my clubs to Hawaii. It is durable and lightweight. In this price range I had considered buying a fabric bag, but I am glad I did not. My clubs arrived unscathed and because this is lightweight, I was able to put other belongings in it and check it while still remaining under the weight limits for oversized/overweight baggage. It is also easy to roll through the airport.

This has been used only twice. Strap broke after first use. Replaced via warranty, used again & it broke again. This is a poorly designed product.

Both straps broke on first flight, 4 stars because return was super easy and got my money back right away. Case would be perfect if they could solve this problem.

Very sturdy case, the expectation for the price was that it would be robust. It wasn't, on the 3rd time of use it came through the carousel with a broken buckle. Which was surprising as the buckle looks like it should be protected by the raised mold. On the website it says 5 year warranty, I've contacted the UK distributor for SKB and they say the ownership lies with Amazon who sold it, however I'm unable to raise this issue with amazon for this product for some reason. So a little frustrated.
