The media could not be loaded. As a newcomer to laser engraving, I was a bit apprehensive about using a laser engraver for the first time. When I purchased the Alogolaser DIY KIT MINI 5W Laser Engraver, I was worried I might struggle with the setup and operation. To my surprise, the machine was incredibly easy to use. Within just over 10 minutes, I had it fully assembled and learned how to operate it using the accompanying computer software.I've been using this machine for a week now, and it has been running flawlessly. The quality is exceptional, and it feels very durable. I was particularly impressed by the high-quality materials used in its construction, which seem very sturdy and resistant to damage.The compact size of the engraver is perfect for my small workspace, making it ideal for crafting small handmade items. Additionally, the store offers a wide range of accessories, which I’ll definitely consider purchasing in the future. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this engraver to anyone, especially those new to laser engraving.

I was excited to get it. Got it set up, the instructions could be a bot more detailed bit figured it out. I was able to use it one time to practice before it go my roller to do round objects. I went to turn it back on and connect it and neither my phone or computer could find the device. I tried uninstalling the app and still nothing. The program on the computer still could not find it. I think it would have been a great product from what I saw in just the quick practice piece I did but I don't have hours to keep trying to find the device when I want to use it. I sent everything back for a refund.

Had this for a couple of weeks, but just got it assembled and did my first couple of projects. The materials are high quality and were easy to put together. One tip is to look at the assembly photos as you put it together. There are certain holes in the side rails that need to be oriented certain ways, and if you don't pay attention you won't notice until a couple steps later that you need to undo a side bar and rotate it to attach the next piece. Once assembly was complete the unit is quite sturdy and fit and finish is excellent.I was not able to connect the printer to my phone using the ALGO APP but that is most likely my fault as I am not good at wireless connecting things/trouble shooting connection issues.Once I downloaded Laser GRBL to my computer, things went smooth as silk. The Laser GRBL software instantly detected the laser engraver. I pulled a saved image into Laser GRBL and sent it to the ALGO laser engraver and was printing it on the included piece of wood in under two minutes. Another note, make sure you have a way to ventilate/remove fumes from the engraving process. The laser engraver produces smoke as it works. I used a box fan set in a window to ventilate.There are a lot of tutorials for the Laser GRBL software on YouTube. The software and AlgoLaser engraver are a great match and will have you up and running doing projects in no time. I eventually plan to upgrade the laser unit, which is easy to do from AlgoLaser's web store or Amazon.Great product that will serve me for a lot of different projects.

This was fairly straight forward to get setup, the learning curve on getting the cutting right is tough. One thing that isn't talked about much with these inexpensive laser setups is they really need good ventilation and good blocking on the laser to not damage your eyes or having crazy reflections

Can't get it to connect to software to engrave keeps popping up an error tried YouTube and Google to help and we have tried everything it says even the videos on the flash drive it came with and nothing is working. Will be sending back to get my money and finding something else
