DISCLAIMER: I did NOT receive this as part of any promotion whatsoever (unless you count the fact that it was on sale) 😁.I will have to admit I had no idea who Bob and Brad were when I ordered this (I definitely do now). I simply searched with the "FSA" filter and this popped up. when it arrived I wasn't sure what to expect because it looks like a VR headset lol, which is probably what other people are going to think I'm using except for the noise. having suffered for years from blepharitis I thought it would be something good to help with a number of treatments all at once: heat and pressure. I was not disappointed.It did come with a minimal charge so I was able to test it before using. it takes a little while to get used to the controls on the remote and you cannot use the remote to turn it on. This is not a big deal because the buttons on the front are rather easy, and have tactile symbols on them. Long press for one setting and short press for another. Sessions are 15 minutes which is just about right :-). I like that it uses air pressure for massage instead of motors, close to my eyes that would have worried me. it also comes with four sound settings, two with simple music playing on a loop, and one with an ocean and wind and another with a stream.Pads are cleanable as they are thin vinyl. a full charge will give you about five sessions.I originally thought the charging port location was odd. but it does allow you to charge the device with the carry bag mostly closed.I have a few wish list items: I wish there was a way to get ½ volume, as the very lowest setting is still too loud for me (You can turn the audio completely off). With blepharitis, heat treatment is one of the ways to keep it at bay. My doctor basically said "as hot as you can comfortably handle" but this device sadly is nowhere close. I can feel the heat but I don't know if it's enough. This may be a design / battery or a safety concern for the company. but I do wish it could be a warmer. I do like the random pressure patterns but I wish there was a way with the remote to select one and have it continually do the same one over and over. I'm not sure if it's a big deal with this. Lastly, I would love to see the addition of a deep brown noise in the audio options.Either way, this is definitely a keeper and I am already noticing results. We shall see how long this device lasts.

Now, I have never owned a eye massager before and the only reason I purchased this one was because I had FSA Money to spend or else I would loose it. So since this one was covered under the FSA/HSA plan, let me try it out. It is worth the money spent. The quality is great. This is definitely one of those items that you don't know you need it until you have it and now your day is not complete with out it (sounds addicting, right?) lol. The functionality works wonders for relaxing your eyes and massaging your temples. The pressure is perfect at low for me. It has heat, air compression and music and you can toggle thru what you want and it collapses to easily pack travel with it. With a full charge, the battery last long enough for a full week of usage. It is only runs for 15 mins at a time. I wish it was longer without having to start it over if needed at least 20 mins? The noise level could be a just a little quieter but I guess with all that it is doing is why it is a bit loud (or it might be becuse it is close to your ear so it sound loud), but you could always play music to drown some of the noise out. but you get used to it and then it becomes white noise. It has bluetooth function so you can play your own music as well.P.S. I tried a few more of the other brands of eye massagers (on the FSA plan) and I found that Bob and Brad to be the most relaxing and gentle for me and I like the fact they they also had 30+ yrs of profession in the field of therapy. I end up returning the other 4 brands ( didn't care for the Vibrating features nor did I like the fit - for me. I even had my girls try them to see which would they choose, without my opinion, and they also choose the Bob and Brad brand). So I ordered 2 other colors in the Bob and Brad brand. LOLOL one for traveling, one for home and one to share with my kids! Hand off of mine!! I use it EVERY night in bed and sometimes I take a 30 min nap with it during the day since my main job is on the computer in front of the screen. I works at relaxing my eyes from any strain. I just love it!!I hope if you try it that you will too.

UPDATED: Bob and Brad reached out to me and understood my concern that the restrictions of using this product was not clearly noted. I did go back and reviewed the Amazon description and seems it has been updated. I also looked at the Bob and Brad website and feel they did a better job noting this restriction. Guess sometimes it's better to go to the original seller for information. Although I didn't have the opportunity to use the eye massager, I have updated the rating for the excellent customer service I received from Bob and Brad! ORIGINAL: I was so excited to get this for my aunt who has severe dry eye issues. I was also anxious to try it for my dry eyes. She read through the fine print and saw what I didn't notice..Eye massagerd should NOT be used if you have cataracts, cataract surgery or retinal issues. That leaves both her and me out of using this as would I think a great number er of people! On the Amazon site, this is information is buried!

I'm hoping this will get me a response from Bob and Bryan's Customer Service. I've had this product for almost 3 months and I love itBut just this morning the heat started burning my eyebrow. This has never happened before it's just too hot to use now.I'm sure I'm past a window or return or something but such a disappointment. It's wonderful I don't know why it started to do that nothing happened nothing changed it's just now burning hot on the right side.If anybody read this and can do anything about it I'd love to exchange it.I recommend buying the extended warranty.
