This the absolute BEST combination of supplements I need as an older woman and its even better since I only need to take 1 a day (instead of the 2-4 recommended daily dose of other similar type supplements). I have been taking this for several months and my skin and hair are smoother and healthier and my joints less painful and more limber than many in my age group.
