The torque wrench clicks after I install the first bolt, is it ready for another bolt, or does it need to be reset?

If the next bolt needs to be the same setting as the first bolt, there is no need to reset it. Always remember to return the setting to the lowest torque setting before storing.

Is this complicated to use for beginners?

Our product diagrams provide torque setting steps. For better understanding, you can watch the video. Set to the desired torque range and units, then use as usual. A clicking sound confirms the torque setting has been achieved.

Is it easy to use? How about the quality?

Setting the torque is very easy. There are instructions above the main picture that it works as well as almost any torque wrench I've seen. In my opinion, it is of very good quality.

Does the torque wrench 3/8 drive measure counterclockwise?

It clicks both clockwise and counterclockwise, and you can adjust the toggle on the head of the torque wrench to change it.
