Great Receipt Printer!
Works perfectly for my business! Prints fast, and the quality is clear. Setup was easy, and it’s lightweight for on-the-go use. Battery lasts long, too. Definitely recommend!

Customer service was hard to get across
I had to return this because my POS system didn't want to recognize there app. I tried to tell them that it wasnt working and they gave me a hard time and wanted to give some of my refund well Amazon had to step in. Customer service was annoying and I kept repeating myself that wanted a video but that's my personal information I had to go through. A picture of it clearly saying it doesn't work was not enough.
