I’ve had my water filter machine for about a year now. The water tastes clean and fresh, and it’s easy to install and maintain.After using this a few times, I noticed water dripping a little bit from the faucet tip. Except for that this works great. Recently for some reason, the machine stoped working. When I contacted customer service, they, especially Becky solved the problem in a timely manner. I was so impressed by her effort and service. Highly recommend!!

We just got this hooked up and so far it seems amazing! Was really easy to setup and get started. Changing out the filter also is a very simple process. It holds a lot of water, which is great. The water comes out pretty quick compared to other filtering units. We have a jug we fill up and then put in fridge for cold water. The hot water feature on this is incredible, comes out immediately without having to wait for the temperature to change. Hot enough for a cup of tea. Water is crystal clear and tastes great. For anyone living in an area where you can not put one under the sink, this is a great option. Also, looks very stylish and clean on the counter.

Don’t buy it. Malfunction slightly after one month (also the return window). Have been using it normally, following the instructions. Reached out to CS and ruled out factors but still not working…

I have used both versions of these and I love them both. Their customer service goes far and beyond to ensure your needs are met. They care about your life and they understand how much clean water means to a household. Ask for Andrew from the customer service. They honor their warranties dutifully and faithfully. Andrew has made me a lifelong loyalist to waterdrop. The water itself tastes sweet and clean. My alkaline filter is too new for me to detect a difference in the water taste but both filters work well and are a worthwhile investment for your household. Thank you Andrew for all your kindness and thoughtfulness. I will never forget you.

I really wanted to like this countertop instant hot water purifier, and while I do enjoy some parts of it, there are definitely things that could be improved.First, the manual is a little confusing, so it took some time to figure everything out. Also, you need to refill and empty the water very frequently, which is inconvenient because the fresh-water tank and the wastewater tank are built together.Another issue is the water tank design: the level markings don’t make sense. It’s actually impossible to fill the tank up to the “max” line because the internal divider sits around the 2/3 height of the tank — so the top part isn’t fully usable at all.The machine is also quite heavy, so it’s not something you can easily move.That said, I do love the heating function. It gives you the exact temperature you want in just seconds, which is super handy for tea, coffee, and baby bottles.Overall, I’d still recommend it — but only if it’s on sale, considering the design flaws.

I purchased the Waterdrop K19-H countertop RO system and have been very happy with the water quality and convenience it provides.Recently, I noticed an intermittent dripping issue with my original unit. I reached out to customer service, and the experience was flawless. They promptly reviewed the video I sent, diagnosed the issue, and immediately shipped out a brand-new replacement unit along with a return label for the old one.A special shoutout to Karina from customer service, who handled my case. She was incredibly professional, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my experience. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like this.Highly recommend both the product and the brand!

Love having the assurance of drinking clean water with hot and cold options! I’ve tried Waterdrop product before and appreciate the testings/filter results all products went thru.The only downside is that I wish that the water volume/oz is labelled on both sides of the water reservoir since this is a countertop product. I can’t see the measurement at all when I place it against a wall. See photos.Setup takes about 20-30mins, but it’s straightforward like the instructions provided. Just use 2 big bowls for rotation during flushing. Highly recommend!

I had bought this k19-H unit and used it for 1.5 years and the hot water mechanism stopped working. This was outside the manufacturer warranty, but Becky was willing to work with me and help me get into another replacement unit for a very reasonable fee. The unit has been working perfectly fine and I’m happy with it. It does not offer cold water but I don’t drink cold water so it doesn’t affect me. It’s usually room temp cool water or hot water. I’ve been happy with the unit and will come back because of the customer service.
