I didn't realize that these provide hefty amounts of B-12 & iodine = just what I needed. If you haven't eaten these before, they're thin as tissue paper & very crispy. Have a tissue or wipe & a toothpick available, because afterwards, your fingertips will be oily & teeth will have black flakes, but worth it & so low in calories! I use a 3 point system: quality, quantity & cost. If any of these change I look for another product. So far, these win.

I love eating these as a snack. I love seaweed and the cheese flavoring they put on it taste similar to the cheese on chips but this is a healthier option. You get a great amount for the price, it's good quality and I just love it. I pig out on these at night when I get the midnight munchies. I have acid reflex so if you have it too, be warned this stuff is going to trigger it a little bit.

I love seaweed chips and I love cheese, but something shouldn’t go together. It wasn’t horrible. It just wasn’t for me.. very salty very cheesy too strong for my pallet.

Have tried a few flavors and this is my husband's second favorite after the teriyaki one. It's got just the right amount of cheese flavor that doesn't take away from the seaweed. I would say this is my favorite so far but still have to try a few other flavors We will definitely be purchasing this again.

My nephew eats these, ive never been impressed. I decided to try this brand in the white cheddar flavor. SO GOOD. Low carb. Healthy. Great snack on the go. These are great!
