I ordered this umbrella in Feb. 2023 for a trip to Ireland. It performed well, but recently, I noticed a spine was broken (maybe after a trip to Costa Rica). I contacted Customer Service on 4/21/24 and inquired about the lifetime guarantee. My brand new umbrella arrived today (4/22/24) and I didn’t even need to bother with a return of the broken umbrella. What a great company to deal with. Thank you Siepasa. The new umbrella will be taken to Greece and Scotland soon!! I’m so impressed with the ease and quickness of the replacement!!

They are the perfect mini size, they work automatically and are made of great material, they are water resistance and cover you up out in the rain, I like that you get two for the price of one . I love it. Works great and nice colors. They are also study .

Product is nice. Seems durable so far. Problem is retracting it to "snap" closed. It doesn't easily snap and you have to really push it down to hear the snap. Once I thought I did, but it opened up in the back of my car. Scratched the leather seat. Wasn't happy. If they fix that mechanism, I would rate it a 5.

This umbrella is the perfect size. I bought it for my 8 year old to carry around just in case. It is very light and works great! The print is adorable and the material is sturdy. I feel like it provides great coverage and is very water resistant. It is easy for my daughter to use on her own and is very stable.

I bought this umbrella to keep in my back pack that I usually have with me. It’s a nice size and also folds up quite small. It seems pretty well made and is good and sturdy. All in all, I’m very happy with it.

This is the perfect umbrella for a rainy day! It is larger sized so that you don't get a wet back but not huge so that it is cumbersome or difficult to use. It seems sturdy, and is easy to undo, and shrink back down, and even better, has held up to the "moderate" breezes of Wyoming quite well, thanks to the wind proof construction. For any wondering, I would probably classify a "moderate breeze" in Wyoming as a "windy day" everywhere else (when it's "windy" in Wyoming you just don't use an umbrella no matter how hard it's raining!). This one gets my vote!

I ordered several as part of preparing for a trip. Umbrellas came in promptly, they were sturdy even in the wind, and they were a great size for each individual person. Loved all the different choices for color!!

Bought 3 of these for our family. I do want to mention that for my 8 and 9 year old is hard to put it down since it does require some strength. Also you if you want to reopen the umbrella you HAVE TO bring the umbrella down all the way until it clicks other wise it will not open unlike the regular umbrellas that you can easily open and close. Good for adults Do not recommend for little ones.

Nice product but be aware that they are heavy. I bought to put in my suitcase to take on a cruise. Thank goodness I didn’t need them but they are heavy. I will use them at home for sure.

The media could not be loaded. Thoroughly surprised by the quality of this product. It has a mechanism where it unfolds the canopy and deploys it with a button press in the handle and to fold the canopy back you have to press the same button in handle ( manually folding doesn't work) and collapse the telescopic rod and by manually pressing the folded canopy downwards to lock it with handle.We cannot re deploy the umbrella unless completely closed.Small size fits in my trouser pockets easily. Interesting product.

Both umbrellas broke within 3 months. I should have just ripped my money into tiny pieces and flushed it down the toilet.
