I purchased this for my wife as I noticed her doing alot of chopping vegetables by hand and figured this could help her. She took a while before she actually used it but after using it she found new purpose since it cut down her time in processing vegetables, etc. This is very well made and very sturdy. I would highly recommend purchasing this unit and it was a bargain in the process as well.

I have had this for about 4 months. Love that it is so heavy-duty and easy to use. It washes up nicely in the dishwasher. Just used the mandolin and it was so easy and safe. I use it at least once a week. I highly recommend!

Very sturdy, has lasted far longer than other plastic choppers. I have had it about 8 months now, with near daily use. The chopper blades are replaceable, unlike other brands.

I love my new chopper. Very easy to use and blades are sharp (be careful) ... Cleaning is easy too. Works great. One warning though ... hand wash the plastic tray as it can and will warp in a dishwasher. But I didn't buy it for the plastic tray, I bought it because I have bought way too many plastic choppers and all of them have broken within 3 to 6 months of us and all plastic parts warped in the dishwasher even though they say dishwasher safe.

I love, love, love this thing. It saves me so much time and because I have problems with my hands, I normally cannot chop up fresh vegetables. It is simple to use, but I highly suggest watching the video that is provided on the Amazon site. The instruction booklet that comes with it is also very helpful. It took me a minute to figure out a couple of things before watching the video. The blades are easy to change and it is easy to take apart for cleaning. The blades are super sharp! I shredded cabbage with it and it works surprisingly well. When dicing a larger piece, I followed the video. You put a half onion or smaller, and tap up down a few times until the onion gives. Dicing a whole onion in one piece is next to impossible, but it in not intended to do that. The blades can be a little hard to clean, as the food sticks to them. For instance, in dicing onions, pieces will stick to the little squares, so I found washing it right away and using the little brush that is included for that purpose, works well, Not very hard really. I just love it.

Great! saves me time and the blades are very sharp! Do not touch them. Love it!

Inserts are cheap thin metal that breaks after only the 3rd use

I love diced cucumber salad but hated the dicing. This has been a real help for me. I can have lots of cucumbers diced in short time. I have diced other veggies. Could not dice carrots, too hard. The slicing feature works well but is narrow so it requires cutting down veg to fit. Definitely heavy duty and durable. I can see how the ones made of plastic can break. Spend the extra for this one.

Das Teil ist gut verarbeitet und stabil, alles soweit prima, beim Scheiben schneiden stört mich die dünne Stärke der Scheiben. Anderen Benutzern ist es bestimmt so gerade richtig, wenn er jetzt noch das lange Leben hat die die Erscheinung vermuten läßt ist alles prima.

Il sistema è quasi perfetto , taglia bene , molti accessori , ma rimangono pezzi di verdura nella griglia di plastica e li col pettine in dotazione bisogna pulire , bastava una griglia asportabile in acciaio che sollevata si auto pulisce . Poi riguardo il cursore di plastica per inserire la verdura e strisciarla sul piano di lavoro , è troppo piccola e bassa e quindi poco capiente , bastava farla piu alta 10 cm e si metteva molta piu verdura senza prepararla e tagliarla col coltello

Es muy temprano para poner todo lo que implica pero , en cuanto a mi primera impresión es de muy buena calidad , llega Rapidísimo, y se ve muy profesional el diseño , saludos , recomiendo por si son amateur y desconocen este tipo de cosas como yo jejejeje
