Very appealing visually and lightweight. Only complaint is after a few months of wear the Velcro is no longer very secure and my stethoscope randomly falls loose, so I’m already having to replace the holder.

Because it falls short when compared to the other holder. Still a great product & does function as described .

I got this as a secret Santa gift at my station! I loved it and my boyfriend wanted one so I order it for him as a surprise! The great part about it is the clip is quality and doesn’t come off unless you clip it off. Between patients and getting in out of the bus it stays on and the stethoscope stays in place! It’s one of those accessories you didn’t know you needed until you have it! Since I got it I haven’t forgotten to take my stethoscope in in a call or left it in the bus between shifts!

Velcro gave out after a few days of use. Everything else seems ok, just very poor quality Velcro makes the item useless after a few uses dropping stethoscope to the ground when you get up to walk. It holds just enough for you to think it's secure, but the slightest bump or just walking will pop it open sending your stethoscope sliding across the floor.

it pulls the pocket of scrubs dow. I am not real fond of it

I'm not sure where one of the reviews on here is coming from. My coworkers in the ICU loved my first StethoClip so much that I bought another as a gift for a friend. He works EMS and has been using it with no issues. It cleans easily and has had no problems with Velcro as another consumer stated. Did I mention, he's in EMS?! This thing takes a beating and has held strong when in place. The new plastic and adjustable clip makes for a more comfortable placement on the hip.
