Love this all natural soap. It works great. It cleans our dishes so well. As good as if not better than dawn. I was skeptical with the all natural product but it definitely works to get the dishes and counter tops clean. It also works great on our glass stove top. It has a natural smell….reminds me of dr bronners mild baby soap scent. I use a scrub brush and just rub it on the bar of soap and it makes tons of bubbles. You’ll want a wooden dish or something to put it on the counter top on bc it does slip around and get a little messy. The picture is all I have left of my first bar and I will be purchasing a new one soon.

I like it so far. I filled a big bowl with hot water. I rubbed the dish rag over the bar and it generated a lot of product though not a lot of bubbles. I can do without the bubbles. I added more soap to the rag when necessary. I also tried running the hot water over the bar into the pan and it created a pan of soapy hot water. The dishes turned out clean. It might be important that this is Chicago water which is very hard so it was easy to rinse the soap off. I will try it again on Bloomington, Illinois water which is softer. I will probably continue to buy liquid dish detergent but I think that a very small bottle should last me for years for what I would need it for. I pre-rinse my dishes most of the time. I bought bars for my family members because I want everyone to greatly reduce their purchase of single use plastics.

The product itself is great - we've been using it for years and it cuts grease as well as Dawn. A bar lasts us forever and is very affordable relative to liquid dish soap. We just stocked up on a few bars because it was cheaper and we won't need to purchase again for years. The main reason we prefer this option, however, is because it helps reduce our plastic waste. We've bought from other retailers in the past and it always arrived in paper/cardboard. This time, the bars arrived in soft plastic - the kind not accepted for curbside recycling. Very disappointed and would not purchase from this site again.

I got this soap because I was looking for dish soap that didn't come in a plastic bottle. I was surprised that the soap works as effectively as it does. It seems to be able to clean anything--I actually keep a second block specifically for non-dish cleaning, since it functions so well as a multi-surface cleaner.

The whole reason for switching to bar soap for dish detergent was to avoid the plastic bottles of liquid detergent. I have purchased this product twice in the past, and have been happy with how it cleans; but this time, the soap was shipped in a plastic bag inside another plastic bag. I will not be purchasing it anymore. There are more competitors now, so it is time to find another option.
