I love this because everything in it is sourced from quality ingredients. It's good to know you're getting something less toxic.I do not love the taste and smell though. It makes it slightly hard to swallow. And you have to take four of them a day. I separate them by taking two twice a day.

This 30 day supply gives a great combination of nutrients that you may have trouble getting during pregnancy.The pills are gel capsules and easy to swallow. You do need to take 4 of them per day which can be a lot for some people but it’s worth it to fill in nutritional gaps pregnancy cravings can cause.Very good spread of vitamins and minerals. The vitamin levels are great in these. The pills are huge. Not the worst pills to swallow though compared to other pills of the same size. Four pills a day is a lot to handle. I am not pregnant but doctor recommended prenatals for me. I couldn’t imagine swallowing four of these a day based on size and the fact they smell horrendous while pregnant especially of any issues with morning sickness or taste sensitivity. The cost is pretty steep for prenatals also. These have created some pretty bad acid reflux on occasions I haven’t eaten prior to taking them.

The number one thing I didn't like was the smell. It smelled like dog food to me honestly. But once I got past the smell, taking 4 of the capsules are not so bad. Seeing this has a lot of essential vitamins for preconception and during pregnancy. It has a lot more then most prenatals I have taken in the past. I wish the price was a little more affordable so I can keep up with these.

I don’t love that you have to take multiple capsules per day, but it has great ingredients.

The thing about most vitamins is they’re a gimmick. They never have all of the daily percentage that you actually need and most prenatals you have to specifically look for ones that have folate. I’ve never come across one that had iron as well so that’s worth it by itself. Iron pills are expensive and don’t taste good. So I’m glad to just take these that has everything I need rather than a bunch of different ones. This has vitamin and others that help with absorption of vitamins. Yep these are big, because they have everything. And yes they recommend 4 times a day but that better guarantees absorption. After taking these for a few days I can already tell a big difference in my energy and daily life. Just take it and chase with orange juice (which also helps absorption). The gummy vitamins don’t work well in terms of absorption anyways, they’re less effective than pills like these. I recommend taking them with food not on an empty stomach. And remember to lookup what foods and juices paired with vitamins help with absorption. Also keep in mine iron can cause constipation so adjust your diet accordingly. This is for the expensive healthy crunchy mamas!

These have a smell that is difficult to get past especially with heightened sensitivity during pregnancy. These are also large. The deal breaker though is that you need to take four daily. That is a lot when they are difficult to swallow for me. I also don't like that these contain stinging nettle which is advised to avoid during pregnancy due to its potential to cause contractions and interaction with blood clotting. Definitely do your own research on these extra ingredients. I wish these were smaller and just had the vitamins as that content is pretty spot on. The choline in particular is one of the highest I've seen in a prenatal st 74%.

I bought it for the nutrients in the pill. However, the capsules are big which can be somewhat threatening. But once You get pass the smell it's not bad.
