Now had two of these jugs suffer the same fault. The interior coating started to flake off the first one after a matter of months and now the same thing has happened to the replacement, which was provided by Stelton. The first time it happened after being hand washed in hot water and this time the jug was placed in the fridge overnight. They look lovely but for the price the quality needs to be much much better.

The pitcher arrived promptly and in good condition, as most Amazon products do, but after less than ten uses it was destroyed from the inside. According to the seller, it is the user's fault if that occurs, even though there is no information on their sales page regarding the products inability to hold anything other than tap water. After repeated exchanges with the help of Amazon (the seller ignored several of my messages), the company entered into communication with me again, but once again blamed the user, rather than admitting the fault in their own advertisement. To this point, they have yet to actually inform prospective customers and will not offer refunds even though they are legally obligated to, since their product is functionally defective due to their own inability to communicate what can and cannot be done with the pitcher. Not only can I not recommend the pitcher since it was destroyed while only being used seldomly. I cannot recommend the seller because they are unwilling to admit any fault in their business practices. I will not shop from them again. I've been in contact with Stelton and they have offered to assist me in reclaiming my product. They are a great and reliable company, even if sellers like these seek to besmirch their name. I urge you to avoid this seller, even if it's for a great product from a good manufacturer.

heute kam Sie mit der Post an und bin begeistert - wirkt nicht aufdringlich groß, es passt viel Tee hinein und optisch ist sie schön schlicht Beim Eingießen keine Probleme mit Tropfen oder Gewicht. Die Lieferung kam zeitlich wie angekündigt, auch wenn ich die lange Zeit die bis zur Übergabe an DPD verging nicht nachvollziehen konnte.
