Safe, easy to use
I was somewhat skeptical that this would work as well as it does. It’s easy to use and just what I needed. I have arthritic thumbs and was afraid the slicing mechanism would be difficult to handle. But it was smooth and easy to operate and produces good results. It was easy to assemble and simple to clean. I also appreciate the added safety to prevent cutting myself like the risk you get with a standard mandolin.

Found this safe to use!
This mandoline came well-packaged. It was easy to set up. Very happy with both the stability and the blade guard as I can be a klutz with sharp objects. Used it to slice cucumbers for pickles and sole negative is that when slicing, you can very easily get slices off the side of the item being sliced so pieces can be much larger than desired. Cleans up easily.

Awesome Mandolin slicer!
I can't say enough good things about this mandolin slicer! Easy to use- I sliced 12 potatoes in single MINUTES. It took longer to wash and dry the potatoes than to slice them. Nice and professional, uniform slices. Only thing to add is you can fit fairly large potatoes in this. But I misjudged and tried to slice one too large. No big deal. I removed the chute and pushed it through. Just slice super wide taters in half longwise and you're good! I've always been terrified of owning a mandolin slicer but this has great safety features if you use them.
