Impressed, very well made and quiet, the down side is you have to purchase an adopter for the plug, the chair lift is made in the U.S.A. The seller was very good to offer a £15 refund to purchase the correctconverter from U.S.A. to U.K.

First some background information:I an 78 years old and have Peripheral Neuropathy and because of hardly any feeling in my feet, am prone to falling.
