These are great melatonin gummies, I have been using them for about a week. They taste great and seem to be effective, but one thing to watch out for is that the dosage is less than other gummies. The dosage is 3mg per gummy, and the recommended serving size is 2. This could be a good thing, as different people may need less to help fall asleep, but I was used to high strength gummies, so I find myself taking more than one of these. It is more common that even lower strength gummies have a 5mg dosage. For that reason, I would suggest other gummies for the price, unless the other aspects of this product are important to you (magnesium, vegan).

They have a good taste and are easy to take. The recommend amount of magnesium for sleep that I could find there were some differences among opinions was 200-300mg this has 2mg. So I doubt the magnesium would help with anything.The recommended dose for melatonin was around 3mg. There were also places saying people take twice that with no issues. This has 3mg and 1.5mg for gummy if you want to increase which makes it easy to adjust.2 of us took it I felt nothing maybe I need a bit more. The other person said they thought they might feel a little more tired.

These sleep gummies work pretty well, and they taste great to boot! I sometimes have trouble falling asleep, so I like to take two of these before bed. They seem to work well, as I fall asleep within about 30 or so minutes.

The LIVS Sleep - Sleep Gummies are extremely tasty! The strawberry flavor is strong, sweet, just yummy! I personally didn't notice any difference in the quality of my sleep though. I tried those a couple times and I still didn't sleep through the night. Maybe the dosage is too low, 3 mg of Melatonin isn't that much, I don't know. But this is the recommended dosage and it doesn't work for me. I might double the dosage despite the recommendation.

I have been taking melatonin for a while, but was intrigued by this combination of magnesium and melatonin. So far, my impression is favorable. Gummies are tasty, with no negative aftertaste. Additionally each serving includes 3 mg of melantonin and 1 mg magnesium. For those counting calories, I would note that each serving is only 7 calories, which is not bad for gummies. I would also note that each gummy is less than I inch in length, making the product is easy to take, unlike other larger gummies. Finally, each bottle contains 60 servings, making the product a good value as other bottles only include a 30-day supply. Overall, in terms of taste, value, and calories per serving, I highly recommend.

These gummies are small which is great and thr have a great taste. They did not leave any aftertaste.

I have taken both supplements separately but I was surprised by how well both ingredients work when taken together. The blend is perfect and is easy to take and fast acting. This seems to work within 35 minutes of taking. The gummies are soft and extremely convenient to take. I plan to order them again!
