+QSO Vegetable Rennet Tablets, Strip of 10

This rennet worked perfectly for my homemade Colombian-style quesito! I used 6 tablespoons of vinegar for cooking and added salt to taste. For an authentic touch, I incorporated 100 grams of quesito (Colombian fresh cheese) into the mix. The texture came out just right—soft, slightly crumbly, and very fresh. I’ve attached a photo of my result to show how well it turned out. Highly recommend for anyone making cheese at home—this product delivers exactly what it promises. Will definitely buy again!

Maybe the product was already old by the time i got it, but it never worked, no matter the type, class or amount of dairy milk tat i used.
