Amazing vanilla beans!! Purchased many over the years but WOW! These were the plumpest I’ve ever bought and I think I must’ve paid attention to price over Premium Grade A beans like these! SO much higher quality! Well worth their price. So much more moist and plump with vanilla bean stuff.

I ordered vanilla beans from two different companies on the same day. Same kind and same grade. This brand and these beans were the absolute BEST! So much caviar in them that I was able to double my order of Vanilla sugar. They are nice and plump, and moist, I ordered 8 more ounces of these beans that will be here tomorrow. So far I've got 1 gallon of vanilla extract aging. Also 20 cups of vanilla sugar aging for a few weeks. I will continue ordering these beans. I'm honestly impressed, and that's hard to do. Plus, the price can't be beat for vanilla beans this nice. Just get them, you will not regret it.

The beans are pretty nice for the price. I usually get my vanilla beans from an online co-op, but I don’t like waiting for Group Buys to ship. I put another two ounces in a 5 cup jar of extract that had 4.5 ounces of beans in it. I might add more ounces so the extract is concentrated - that’s called double fold - meaning two ounces of beans per one cup of whatever alcohol you’re using that’s at least 40 proof. You can make triple fold extract, but that gets real expensive and I think double fold works just fine.
