After consuming the rice, My family experienced stomach upset for nearly two days, causing considerable discomfort and inconvenience. While I cannot conclusively establish the cause, the condition of the rice and the subsequent stomach disturbance are extremely concerning.Unfortunately, the original packing cover was discarded before we noticed the problem, so we are unable to provide the batch number, manufacturing date, or other details printed on the package. However, this should not prevent the manufacturer from taking the complaint seriously and reviewing its quality-control and distribution processes.I strongly request that you:Investigate this quality issue immediately, including your production, storage, and distribution processes.Review whether there could be any problem with the relevant batch or stock supplied during this period.Strengthen your quality-control and food-safety checks to ensure such rice is not supplied to consumers.Provide a clear explanation and response regarding this complaint.Consider an appropriate replacement/refund or compensation for the product and the inconvenience caused.Food products are directly related to consumer health, and therefore such quality issues cannot be treated casually. It was good taste and healthy rice. But this one is better than pure polished rice. Cost wise more but it's worthy to have (Since health is more important than wealth).. Eat healthy and stay fit.
