The cooling set up is great and works to pull heat away from the laptop. But God forbid it gets bumped slightly, there is no grip to hold the laptop. 2 tiny nubs that aren't even an inch tall will not keep your laptop from careening off the pad and potentially off your desk. There are 6 incline options and I would say only the 2 lowest options are safe.

Not a very good cooler at all. First of all too small for 16in Laptop, maybe ok for 15in Laptop.mine the button that changes fans speed did not do anything.

After consulting the user guide, I realized the problem was due to using a power adapter with a lower output (5V/2A) than recommended. The manual suggests using an adapter with an output of 9V/3.5A. Once I switched to the correct power adapter, the semiconductor fan and wind speed worked perfectly.Tip: If you face issues with the fan speed or the semiconductor fan, make sure you're using a power adapter with at least 9V/3.5A output.Please check the video to get a better idea of how the laptop cooler looks with the blue lights and how quietly it operates.

It features the largest semiconductor cooler I found on Amazon, delivering impressive cooling, essential for gaming laptops to manage heat effectively. Just a heads up: it performs best with a charger of 9V or 12V and 3A to fully harness its cooling power.

Wasted my time tried this out because according to the listing is perfect fit for me but then i get it and the middle part of the product isnt as described and after measuring the before and after of using this the fans dont affect cooling and the middle part either wasnt working properly for me or is false product as the before and after using temps didnt lower at all and i was excited for this to work
