Definitely great tool for this age group! My 6yr old loves it. Also, very easy to take around out of the house, keeps the little one company, I will choose the pink one for girls

It doesn't change colors it just is more like a rainbow light when you draw.

Q: Is the drawing board a good education toy?

Sure, I liked it because I could teach my daughter how to write letters and numbers on it.
