Wow! This is a game changer!This is not your gooey reflective high shine cheap looking lip gloss. It is like nothing I have tried before. It lasts much longer and the texture is wonderful full bodied not thin. I can tell the retinol is working quickly and feels lightly tingly. The wand has a soft silicon tear drop head and feels smooth and soft. I apply it along the outside of the rim of my lips as well as the lip area. I bought it for the Retinol anti-ageing benefit and got so much more. Thanks for a great product!

I bought this serum for its retinol treatment, I have never used retinol on my lips and I am always looking for something new for moisturizer. It didn’t disappoint. As far as the serum, I give it 5 stars, I only took off 1 star because the bottle is very small, on top of that, you have to struggle to get any serum out of it.

So this lip serum arrived in an attractive product box but without any kind of tamper proof safety seals. No sticker sealing the box shut, no plastic outer wrapping. Nothing. I thought that was unfortunate but figured the tube would surely be sealed. Nope. The tube itself is attractive like the box but they overlooked the MOST attractive thing for a lip product: tamper proof packaging!! I want at least some visual clue that a product is brand new and untouched. Even just a little sticker would have sufficed. I was hesitant to even try it but it looked clean so I reluctantly decided to give it a go.Sadly the serum has some sort of taste to it that I just can’t tolerate. It reminds me of green tea, mint and sweetener and after a few minutes it was starting to make my stomach turn. The listing for this lip gloss didn’t mention it had any kind of flavor to it nor did it include an ingredients list. I would have thought twice about ordering had it included that information.Looking at the ingredients on the box (which are hard to read or photograph given the metallic packaging) I see that is has several types of essential oils including Bergamot, orange peel, rosemary, citronella, chamomile and lavender to name a few. I suspect that’s what causes the minty, tingling sensation on my lips. I suspect it’s also responsible for the taste.Unfortunately this lip gloss just isn’t for me or my sensitive stomach.I was so looking forward to trying lip serum as it seems age is taking a toll on my lips and leaving them looking less plump and more wrinkly. I dare not use a regular retinol product on them as it’d be far too strong my the delicate skin of my lips so I was glad to find this specifically formulated retinol lip product.The

Doesn't plump very much and the color ( although very pretty), doesn't last very long

I was in it for the retinol and a bit of color and this product did not disappoint! The color is a brownish / orange-ish red and it’s much thicker than most other glosses. I can’t speak to the retinol efficacy since that takes a bit of time but I will say my lips need more frequent exfoliation to avoid being downright peely since I started using. This aligns with more rapid cell turnover. But this gloss is very moisturizing. There’s no discernible scent. Overall, I’d buy again and recommend.

I selected this for my teenage daughter who is very serious about, and picky with, her lip gloss. The color was a particularly bold and bright coral and the tint remained on her lips for several hours after application. She wished that the product had been glossier. The gloss lightly tingled upon application but a plumping effect was not noticeable. The Amazon description provides that the plumping effect increases with consistent use and I will update my review if we see this as she continues to use the gloss. This gloss would be a good value for those who are particularly interested in longer-lasting color and for whom having a very glossy effect is not a top priority.
