Seller bad no help
Absolutely abhorrent customer support. Item won't hold charge. Seller won't replace and now won't reply to me or Amazon. Runs out of charge as soon as it's unplugged.

This is probably one of the best gaming laptops I’ve seen on the market for its price. The only downside is of course the battery life is very quick when you have very resource intensive programs running plus the bottom gets hot. I used it for a while when I was moving so I could have my main setup packed and still play my games when I wanted. My fiance also uses it while on the road which is convenient due to how portable it is. I’ve had it for almost a year now and it still runs well and looks great.
