Super powerful
The media could not be loaded. I have been using a rather more ordinary budget priced cooling pad for sometime, so I was curious to see how this would differ. I don’t do a lot of gaming, but I do work my laptops hard on tasks like video exports and 3D rendering where effective cooling can make all the difference.Straight off the bat it has to be said this one wildly powerful and fairly effective even at minimum power, so it scores an A+ on the primary task. I also like the inclusion of powered USB points that could be used to connect other devices.I’m not fussed about the lighting effects personally, but they work as advertised. It’s useful being able to adjust the height at the back via the fold out legs. I also appreciate the ease of changing the dust filter at the back, plus the bars at the front that will stop your laptop from slipping down forwards. The only part I struggle with slightly is the foam base that sits loosely underneath the laptop and cannot help thinking there has to be a better solution somehow.Overall, it’s clearly one of the better cooling pads available and though costlier than most it has the power if you need it for heavy duty computing.

Best quality but increase the fan speed in the future??
Best product to buy if ur laptop is on "the hot side".Please make a cooling pad twice the fan speed during the summer as in the U.K. we get heatwaves and today it reached 20 degrees centigrade and deep in the summer it may reach 30.So if by any chance make the fan speeds higher with a lot better cooling?

Unit is far too noisy (extremely loud on anything above minimum setting) or was defective on arrival
I can only assume my unit was broken, but it was only really usable at the lowest settings. Anything above 500 rpm created so much noise you couldn't concentrate. It would have been laughable had it not been so expensive. It is an impressive cooler I grant you, but as it sounded like you were sitting next to a blast chiller I would have been surprised if it didn't. I sent it back and got a cheaper quieter unit. There were other reviews that described the unit as quiet, hence my initial comment about assuming the unit was busted.

My work form home wife loves it
The media could not be loaded. I saw this and knew that my wife would make good use of this as she works from home on a laptop and is always concerned at how hot it gets especially as the warmer months are coming .In the box you get the main unit , this feels well made, it is plastic but it does not have a cheap feel.It has legs that unfold to angle it if needed and it comes with a power adaptor , or you can power it by a USB C socket next to the power input I found out .You also get instructions and a spare foam filter for the fan which is under a clip on panel on the underneath of the unitThe top of the unit has a square memory foam baffle which your laptop sits on comfortably. On the front you have a display this tells you the fan speed , next to that is a nice tactile rotary fan speed adjusting switch which changes the fan speed , the fan is quite quiet but when turned up to full speed you can hear it.You also have a power on button and a light button on the frontThe star of the show is these lights they are great , see my videoYou can choose the colour and the mode that you want they really look great when they are running around the outside of the unit , really impressive looking , my wife loves itOn the side you do have two USB A outlets which can be used to power accessoriesOverall very impressed with it and we would recommend

Quite noisy but keeps the laptop and you cool
The media could not be loaded. Quite noisy but keeps the laptop and you coolWhat's in the box :1 x Laptop Cooling Pad with RGB lighting andPowerful Turbo Fan1 x Mains power supply and lead1 x USB Type-A to Type-C cable1 x spare foam filter2 x User guide and other paperworkBuild quality :The build quality on the RGB laptop cooler was excellent, with everything built to a very high standard, and perfectlyMaterial qualityThe materials used were that of very good quality plastics, that will no doubt outsee the life of your laptop !!RGB lighting :You have 360 degrees of around RGB lighting, along with 4 x static solid colours, 4 x solid dynamic colours 4 x dynamic gradient colours and 1 x dynamic colour patterns to choose from which really does look great in a darkened roomHD led display and panel :You have a one-touch control for the on/off power and also a secondary touch control to toggle through the RGB lighting modes and a 3rd touch control button to change the RGB coloursAlongside the 3 touch control buttons you have a clear HD display panel that gives you information on the fan's speed, which can be adjusted with the scroll wheel that sits beside the display. On the side of the unit, you will find your power supply inlet, USB type-c input, and 3 x USB Type-A outputs. On my testing, I did find that the cooler dynamically cooled my laptop down massively (yes I'm running a very hot 2021 Alienware M15 R6) but I have to be honest and say, it really was not that quiet at all, unlike other reviewers suggested, whom must have been deaf to have not to have heard how loud that this can get.The foam that surrounds the cooling fan does really quiet things down a lot, but not to the point that you can cool it quietly especially if you're running the fan at a higher speed. The whole unit is quite large and will take up extra desk space which I thought was important to mention as most people do have quite small desks to work from. You can also get the slightly cheaper non-RGB unit, of this, but in all honesty for just the extra few pounds this RGB version is the one to go for (yes I bought both !!)So my final verdict on this RGB laptop cooler is that, if you don't mind the fan noise and you really need something to keep your gaming laptop cooler than cool then this is the one for you for sureSo despite it being quite noisy, I'm still giving this a cool 4 out of 5 stars
