Sturdy, keeps liquids cold, cute, leak-proof!
Great item! I use it primarily for water, and it keeps ice water SUPER cold, even when left inside a vehicle on a hot summer day. It is truly leak-proof, and it's sturdy. I have dropped it once or twice, and it hasn't dented like my others. It was a little tricky to figure out how to open and close the mouthpiece, but I figured it out after looking it up online. Love!

This mug is outstanding! The lid is so easy to get on/off. The ice and heat retention is second to none! This blows "the other cup" out of the water!

Lid is hard to get on and off
Very nice cup but I literally cannot get the lid on or off and even my husband has trouble doing it. Will need to return.
